Horrible! Do not go here! I called in advance they said to make sure the check was signed then they refused to cash my check because it was already signed!

We tried to cash a check for a minor and the cashier refused. We ended up getting it cashed no problem at US Bank because that is the bank the check was drawn from. I go here all the time and have never had a problem before. The cashier wouldn't even give us the number to call and talk to a supervisor. And now no one is picking up now that I have their number. Deeply dissatisfied.

Had many problems cashing checks here, they say the banks are not ope. To verify check... Well day that's the reason I'm there to cash a personal check because banks were closed..I dont understand there purpose for after hours when banks are closed.. And it was a good check they just don't want to take the time and cash it which they make A LOT of money for doing so!! Just a joke

Just left this place, only one guy working. He accused a customer of having a fake check, did not even bother verifying any information on the check. Threatened to call the police, and claims he looked up the address for the business that was on the check, said it came back as a 73 yr old dead man that owned the address. Refused to verify any other information. Would Not recommend this place to anyone. I myself took my business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

I only gave 1 star because they wouldn't me take any away. Went in to cash a check I planned on putting In my bank but had lost my debit card and it was a sunday. I was automatically accused of it being a bad check, I signed the date in the wrong place on the back I was than accused of depositing it on my mobile app already. If I had to deal with that sort of ignorance every week I would rather go hungry and homeless before I cashed any checks. Never again will I step foot in there.

I am a regular here and liked this place because it was easy but the rule of not cashing a check that has been signed already is so dumb. Especially when you have people who come regularly with the same type of check. Do not understand this rule at all.
