This is the worst bank app I have ever had. It loads the balances whenever it feels like it, and not when I need it too. Super slow and sometimes the website and the mobile app are down and you got no ways to check your balances. Hell sometimes not even the atm wants to work. If I can’t use the app or the website nor the atm. How is one supposed to check their balances! Very disappointed with the mobile app for sure. Thinking about switching to anything else with a reliable mobile banking app.

EDIT. Previously, I rated CO-OP very low after a HIGHLY unpleasant interaction with one of the bankers. As I wrote my review, I realized that my experiance did not mirror the raving reviews of other customers. I wondered why, but I did not give much more thought into it. After some time at CO-OP, I realized that it was just bad luck. My previous review reflected the character of ONE individual at CO-OP, not exactly the quality of the whole of CO-OP. At present, my experience with CO-OP is wildly different. Brad has been incredibly helpful, professional, and much more pleasant. So far, our experience with Brad has changed my perception, and consequently, my rating of CO-OP (from a desired 0 to a full five!). Thanks Brad!

I cannot say enough about the people who work here and what a great experiences we have had. I recommend anyone who has a chance, to stop in and see what they can assist you with!
