BTC Bank, Bethany, MO

This BTC bank in Bethany is wonderful. They are nice and kind to me and my family.

These people will talk about your personal business with each other. I wouldn’t trust them to keep your privacy in their best interest. Other branches may be different, but I’m not so sure about these people. I don’t know if I would trust them with any type of security practices either. My brother was able to get my account information without being on the account by social engineering the dumb lady over the phone. They need a major overhaul on training their people about social engineering and how NOT to give someone’s information when they aren’t THE OWNER OF THE ACCOUNT!!! I would not trust these people to keep your information or money safe and private!

Better than the other option down the street I guess…. Still not great. Their customer support is good only if you go in person. They are WAY behind in terms of offerings in today’s modern age. Terrible interest rates for performance checking and savings accounts and people barely know how to run a computer, let alone a calculator. DO NOT BANK BERE.

Been with them since 1995. Loans, deposit boxes, checking accounts. Would like to know how they step up with CD rates.

Ridiculous, went to cash a check and they told me to put it into my account in case I have a bad check (payroll check) so I did. Called because the card wasn't working , guy on phone straight up canceled the card without asking that's what I want to do, Third time I've had to get a new card because it just stops working . SO NOW I HAVE TO GO SPEND 15$ OF MY OWN MONEY TO ACCESS MY MONEY THAT I SHOULD HAVE HAD THE WHOLE TIME?MM
