First Interstate Bank, Bethany, MO

Customer service is a complete mess making you wait an hour before being able to talk to anyone and even then nothing gets settled. They close early and open late at the actual banks. They stopped being open during weekends to add to that. They lock the cards at any little thing they want. And then refuse to unlock them.

1 star is to much had to give 1 to do review , Worst bank ever , I called for a new debit card , waited 3 weeks, still no card , I call the bank and they never ordered the new card , so it’s going to be 2 more weeks , that’s 5 weeks with no card , grade school kids could do better , I don’t recommend this bank for anyone, I’m switching banks .

I only had a positive first experience with this bank, however the lobby door clearly states its lobby hours are until 4:30pm on Mon-Fri, yet they feel the need to lock their doors over 15minutes early, severly annoying/disapointing. Fix the dam sign or keep the door unlocked...

Every time I have ever used this bank, I've had an absolute horrible experience even if I get paid from an employer and the check is from their bank they never let me cash it because I didn't have an account there I just tried to cash a $19 check from Missouri State they wouldn't let me horrible bank horrible experiences
