This is the epitome of a small town bank! Everyone is super friendly, calls me by name and some don't even have to ask for my account number. They have great customer service as well as multiple checking plans. I use the online banking daily! So many positives to banking here!

I'll give them 2 stars just because up till today they have been just fine. I went in to talk to them today about an issue and get it made right. They refused to take any responsibility or even apologize and were instead very rude about it. I'm already shopping for a new bank.

I bank here and every time I go to the window I get attitude and treated very rudely. I even talked to the branch manager which she was even more rude to me. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.

Terrible bank went to switch banks. Told them my wife would be in later to do paperwork. They said they wouldn’t redo any paperwork. Can’t believe this place is even open!
