Farmers State Bank, Cameron, MO

So rude! I am the established payor on a loan, but the loan is not in my name. I called to pay it off and they will not give me the balance. They told me my brother has to call and authorize me, which he did when I took over payments six months ago. Then she accused me of lying! I am trying to give YOU money and you can clearly see I have been making the payments! I will never do business with this bank again.

The employees at Farmers State Bank have always been incredibly friendly & helpful - especially Pam & Lynn in the loan department! They have helped us work through some difficult situations. The personal service is greatly appreciated!

do not waste your time - bank elsewhere. their system is always down, making it impossible to use mobile banking or have a new debit card made.

Always very friendly and helpful. We switched to FSB from another back because they were holding our money to get the overdraft fees FSB doesn't do this and we actual earn money for using our debit cards.

I always find that the folks that work there try their best to help you, and are friendly.

Absolutely horrible loan department. I have banked with them for at least 8 years. It has went downhill the past 2 or 3 years. I have had 2 vehicle loans with them, the first one with them years ago was fine. This loan I have now is absolutely a nightmare. The loan officer I was assigned is VERY rude and seems like he feels like he can treat anyone the way he wants. Will be moving to a new bank.

April was absolutely wonderful! She gave me the best customer service I've ever had at any bank. So genuinely kind and friendly, and very helpful! Made everything a breeze

Dinged my husbands credit on Tuesday and told him yes about a loan for a vehicle. Called him today and told him no because it hasn’t been two years since we last took out a loan with them. Mind you, we have paid off the last loan and no longer have that vehicle.
