Heather Hood is extremely kind hearted, honest and has pure intentions. I was very nervous about taking out a title loan on my car before my job started, but she was honest and patient and did the math at least four times, repeated herself numerous times, and explained everything different ways until I thoroughly understood everything and felt comfortable with it. Today I brought her another customer and she was the same way. Honest and kind.

Heather was by far, the most wonderful person to have done business with. She not only was awesome to work with, but never lead anyone in the wrong direction. Heather keep up the good work, wish you the best in the future!!

Heather was very helpful. She helped us out when we needed it. She is very knowledgeable about the loans she gives out.She answered all our questions with a smile.She is very professional and kind.

I don't want to give any stars, but apparently I have to on order to give a review. These people are crooks, or at least one of them is. She took a double payment from my debit card after I specifically said not too. She tried to rush me through process over the phone to make my payment. I had to ask to make sure and she charged my card twice. When I called her back after checking my balance she said shed get back with me, and of course I haven't gotten a call back. DO NOT get a title loan there, its not worth it.
