Always excellent customer service and support

I was happy with the experience but disappointed in my monthly payment. Before we even got started, I requested my payment to be around $350.00 to $380.00 and my payment ended up being $430. As you can see it is definitely over my request. But other than that, we happy with the overall experience.

My fiancee and I had gotten a loan earlier this year from OMF but from a different location everything went great closed in under 24 hours had the money the next day. We paid off that loan in under 3 months we are buying a pool so we decide to get the loan threw them since last time it was amazing great and decide to go with our local office we dealt with Sandra. Every days she would tell us she was sending us something and never send anything. Would also lie to my fiance and myself about what she spoke to the other one about we finally call her on speaker and she started making up even more excuses of why things were not done. A service that is suppose to take under 24 hours this lady had 6 days of doing nothing until we finally canceled the loan threw them we are going with a different company all together just to make sure she doesn't get any credit for the loan. Before canceling we spoke to different people in the office that were also of no help. Never again would I deal with the office in Farmington or refer anyone there. The one is St Louis is amazing that one I do recomend to anyone that is looking for a loan. And you don't even need to go in person.
