Tower Loan, Farmington, MO

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE! Was told our loan was paid in full, decent experience. Came back about a year later to find out our previous loan had a balance of more than $5000 due to interest and late fees. Nobody contacted us in that span of time, nobody knew how to contact the (former?) employee who had told us we were paid in full, all the manager would do was tell us we either owed the money, or he’d forgive half the interest if we took out another loan. Never. Again.

I have had a very bad experience with this company. From the manager Scott telling me that he will not allow me to call back to make a payment that it needed to be done that minute. I did call back and Scott tells me he is getting aggravated with me because I was suppose to call back this morning to make a payment. Sorry Scott but things happen and for you to speak with me the way you did was very disrespectful. They have the worst customer service I have ever delt with. We will never get another loan with Tower Loan due to this branch in Farmington,Mo Some people just hate their jobs but don't take it out on the customer!

Scott is a good manager! Got my furniture through them.. made all my payments on time so I didn’t have any problems!

I recently went in to tower loan to take out a very temporary loan making it clear that I only needed this in a case I had issues on my vacation with my son in the end I paid a $2000 loan off in under 30 days and was told That there would be little to no interest if I did this in the end it cost me $200 to have a loan less than 30 days and they didn't care at all they were not responsive not respectful . They are the worst company I've ever dealt with would not recommend them at . They load their interest on the front of their loans and in the end they are worst than thieves.

Loan place that scams people on disability checks then tricks them into doing it again every month. I brought it up to the manager and she said "well they agree to the terms" My uncle was victim of this by company. I think they should be investigated.

Will not be getting any more loans from Tower Loan. I've been there longer than most of them have been born. Bad experience 😞 will not use again …

Stacy is outstanding! We needed a loan to pay for a new roof. I called and Stacy handled everything and she had everything ready the same day. Everyone was very nice and polite.
