Ashley was amazing. She didn’t know God sent her to assist us with our financial problem during our housing transition but he did, because he knew she was knowledgeable and professional with no stress. I look forward to making my payments and having future business with this company. I highly recommend. Ask for Ashley. I’m sure everyone else is as wonderful as she was.

I went into the store the other night and they would not cash the check. The store manager said that she could not verify it because my bank was not open even though my bank does not close until 6:30 which is after they close. I came back 2 days later and she called her manager, lied saying she called the other day and tried to verify it but they wouldn’t do it. How can you be denied verifying it if they were closed? She then pretended to call my bank to verify it but said my bank would not do it. I called my bank directly after and they said they never got a call verifying and that they would easily over the phone. I will be following up with the corporate office. The store manager also was mumbling things under her breath when she had to unlock the door. This place needs to be looked into.

Rhonda was very nice and she worked very hard to get my check cashed it was a little bit expensive but it was a weird type of check but Rhonda did everything she could to get it done and I was very impressed amazing customer service

I was having a hard time getting my paycheck cash so I went up to Check into Cash in Gladstone MO. This lady name Nikki was very kind, patient, and helpful. We got my check cash the day before my birthday and I’m happy she was able to work with me and help me out.

Nikki is one of the sweetest people at this location I have met he helped me out good. Got me in and out in 5 minutes compared to some of the others like Rhonda who was so rude to me even told me she wasn’t going to help me out because my phone number wasn’t working but this Nikki gal, SOOO AMAZING!!!

Rhonda was very pleasant and patient with me. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I greatly recommend.
