TitleMax Title Secured Loans, Gladstone, MO

I have had several loans from Title Max going back at least 7 years. I went in to the Gladstone location to ask a question about paying on my loan and was treated very rudely. The man interrupted the woman I was talking to and didn't even look up. Then he was trying to tell me that I was wrong about something. There are better ways to deal with a customer than that. I'm very disappointed and once my loan is paid off, I will NEVER go back.

Tim, the general manager at the Gladstone office is beyond awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, very pleasant to deal with, a definite asset to the company!

TitleMax helped me out when I needed money to pay some bills. After a year, Tim was helpful in getting an extension and updated amount so I could get some needed auto repairs.

I was just seeing at the glass stone location at TitleMax it was the best experience fantastic co-workers and I hope that you guys try it out too it was a good experience

Needed documents notarized. The 2 Mike's were great and very friendly. Professional service and the kicker it was free. Gotta love getting excellent customer service even though they weren't making any money. My bank doesn't offer notary and most places I found charge fees. Thanks Mike and Mike.
