Had a mortgage with F&M, but am no longer an active customer They were technology challenged and slow to adopt modern methods. Very much a call and fax situation. Everything warranted a call with a 10 minute hold time. I've moved on. I suggest you do the same.

My son tried to open a account for my son to deposit 56 thousand dollars from his mother estate but couldn't open one because they said the poa was not good because it came from a prison in Illinois I have been banking with them for 9 years
