Jason is amazing. He relentlessly studies every avenue available for his clients. My husband works in the cannabis industry, and it is next to impossible to find an institution that will finance a home loan solely on that income. But Jason did it! About a year ago, when we were considering a home purchase, Jason was the first person to follow-up, and we were impressed with his knowledge, work ethic, and professionalism. We did not pursue a home purchase at that time. January, 2021, we contacted him again, having just sold our Florida home with a quick closing date, and a need to purchase another home within a very short timeline. Jason asked us to provide some information on a Friday evening with the promise of reviewing the details over the weekend. Long story short, with only a five week window, Jason and his incredible team made our home purchase happen in an expedient, highly professional way. He and his team were like knights in shining armor, riding in with knowledge based confidence, know-how, precision, and delivering on every deadline. Applying for a mortgage loan can be a very stressful process, but Jason was communicative, concise, and confident, and obviously has a team with the same characteristics. Throughout the entire process, we felt he was really interested in providing a genuine service. It was a pleasure working with him and Thompson Kane. Our closer had never worked with this company before and indicated the process was very smooth on her end, as well. Yes, we would definitely choose him again, and plan to refer others.
