Amazing experience. Both ladies I worked with were very friendly and helpful.

Katlin W. was able to get me approved when I thought I wouldn't be able to. She explained everything in great detail, told me I was able to pay off early without any penalties, told me how long it would take to pay off with regularly scheduled payments, and informed me that if needed I could extend my loan after making 2-3 on time monthly payments. I will refer anyone I know looking for a loan to come to empire finance and speak with Katlin. Im sure everyone else employed at this branch is a wonderful person and very knowledgeable about their Job, but I am entirely grateful for Katlin. I had a 1000$ unexpected financial problem just fall on my lap, and when I thought I was going to have 4 months of stress and worry, she eased the burden and lowered my payments from what they would have been had I not gotten the loan. She deserves praise, and a vacation for helping this man out. To anyone reading this review that needs an emergency loan, go see Katlin W. If she's not available they have other helpful staff, this branch and management is worth a look into.

There are two ladys that have worked at Empire Finance it seems like quiet a while!! I wish I could remember their names, but they are the only 2 people that work at Empire Ire fin in Joplin.I gotta say they very friendly everytime Ive been in there! They seem happy to answer any questions Ive had!! They do a great job and Im am very pleased the way they treat the costumers with alot of respect!!

Shandy was very helpful and professional. My mother, stepfather, and I all needed to refinance, and she was able to help us all out while dealing with other customers. I would definitely recommend this place if you need a loan.
