I’ve done a lot of accounts with them. They have always had pretty nice people. They now how a hateful big lady in there. Very rude. Called me 3 times in one day and I wasn’t even late. Very rude. Through my receipt at me. Just very awful.

Applied online, filled out everything and signed everything including the final documents and still had to wait over two weeks for funding. When I called I was put on 15-20min holds both times I called and the ladies I spoke to acted like it was a burden to help. Seriously if they don't like their jobs maybe they should look for more friendly people to work for them!!

I would have givin this place zero stars if I could I agreed to a loan at 36% then found out that it was actually 52% then im told that I owe twice what I borrowed which is 100% interest the math does not check out so I stated that the math didnt check out and tgen I was verbally assaulted by a women named Alexis who felt it was ok to yell at me from behind the computer so I asked if the was a home office number that I could call to get the situation fixed and was informed that home office has no number terrible company

Horrible service. Got a 24 month no interest for some furniture they called after we got one of the 3 things saying we still had money available we asked to finance that and said they couldn't do it. They also said that when we get all of our furniture that they will call us to set us up on a payment date. They failed to do that just called and said we were late on our first payment. So I tried to call in a payment and they are refusing to take a payment from me for my husband as I'm not on the loan.. I use to work at a couple loan companies and that would be refusal to take a payment. After we get this paid off we will not be doing business with them

I’ve been involved with them for going on 2 years now and I’ve always had great experiences with them. I usually talk with brittanie and she is so kind and helpful. HOWEVER...today I had my first encounter with KAYLA and oh my gosh... she was so rude. I get people have bad days but don’t take it out on your customers and make snippy sarcastic remarks. If it wasn’t for this experience today I would have easily given this place 4 or 5 stars.

Been making payments to them the amount I agreed to and now it's changed and they have my signature to it and thats not right. And there harassing me so much at work got me suspended with all the calls. Keep threatening me daily saying there taking me to court.and I make my payments and im out of work for back related issues and told them that .but still getting 150 a month payments and Lilly is not a very understanding or nice person. I'm am sick of the harassment.

I've paid everything off early, with good credit, but the interest rates are still extreme! This is a predator loan company..avoid it
