Charles Ferrara is AMAZING! We have worked with him for the past 7 years, while buying 3 different houses. I would highly recommend him. He is awesome at explaining what you need, why you need it, how to get it etc. He cares about his customers! He's very dedicated to helping people get to where they want to be and it shows! Once you have worked with him, you won't want to work with any other lender (you'll follow him wherever he goes)!

I would not recommend any veteran use this organization. Their handling of VA procedures is marginal at best. Mr Brian Cross the region manager does not follow up as promised. Look out for constant surprises expecially just a day before closing with unexpected costs added.
