I wish there was an option for 0 stars. These are the rudest people. I have done business here for over 10 years, never again. This lady actually raised her voice and yelled at me. I was like ok ma’am calm down it’s ok. And she yelled no you are not listening. What’s sad is the other lady next to me, of the same race, was getting questioned like she was trying to get past the secret service to visit the president. She was just trying to cash her financial aid check. I told her to go to the bank the check is drawn from and just pay there fee. I went down Blue Ridge to another check cashing place and just received excellent service.

They keep your id on file so if you happen to lose your id they will still cash your check

Was on hard times and these guys went the extra mile to help confirm my identity and get my check cashed.

Very rude and claims it's a higher tax rate to cash a check if it's not singed in front of them when clearly that higher tax rate isn't disclosed on any sign in there business

Absolutely terrible customer service! The man that answered the phone was extremely rude to me! One of our employees comes here regularly to cash his paycheck. He was told that I need to call and confirm that he could cash a check. I understand that companies have policies, as we run a business also. But that way that this man spoke to me was absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT GO HERE!!
