My truck was broke down and I was unable to get into the office, so I tried calling them. I have dealt with Mariner before , so I took a shot at being able to get some much needed help to get parts. They were very understanding about my situation and began to work with me on the phone. Taking info of how much I needed getting documents I needed to provide. I knew they needed pic's of truck and they had a program to work that problem out. The whole process only took bout an hour and getting the pic's sent took a bit ( but I not good with this network stuff). They worked it up and the next day got a call I was approved. We went through the closing process on the phone, signing documents and all,it was a smooth transition. I'm very please if Mariner, as they have always come through in my moment of need. Thanks to Heather for her patience as I stumbled though getting things uploaded
