Absolute thieves and scammers. Paid over $500 on a 2k loan and then had to pay over 2k to pay it off. They stack tons of interest DAILY onto their loans to steal and scam from people who are in a hard place and may need emergency money. Do not ever take a loan out from them unless you want to pay back more than double the amount you were loaned. Totally disgusting and they are snakes who don’t care at all about the people they loan to.

Beware! Rip-off artists! I needed emergency money. When I took out the loan, I was assured the total amount I'd have to pay back per the schedule was a reasonable amount. After taking out the loan, I was informed that what I was told only applied if the loan was paid back after thirty days, NOT the schedule I confirmed with the agent at the time. Instead, I'm now paying back over twice as much as borrowed, despite the assurances of the agent when I took out the loan.

Had I found this Saturday instead of the main website , I would have been writing a scathing review due to the rude behavior and out right disrespectful LYING little twit Emily who claimed to be not only the Manager but RAN the company and had no superior because she WAS the boss. " Manager in TRANING " is not the boss and claiming to be over and over to some who wants to speak to someone OVER you doesn't make it true. Today, Tabatha ( The ACTUAL MANGER ) did your collateral damage. No need to be rude to people struggling for the first time in 30+ years. Thank you Tabitha for being a humam being. Emily, your not cut out for management. If not for the Jessica's and Tabitha's in place in your company Tower Loan you'd be losing more money then Emily could even hope to make for you. I'd fire that one if for nothing else but LYING about her position, but there are WAY MORE reasons for it, like hanging up on a customer who's giving back what was being handed out, and not answering the phone when a customer is calling and the other reasons already mentioned above.

If I could leave a negative stars it would be a -10. They don't give you the opportunity to call they back before calling your place of employment or references.

The employees were lovely to work with and understood my needs. They were respectful and professional.
