Courtesy Loans is illegally garnishing my wages. I was never properly served by a deputy or process server. I had no notice my wages were being garnished which is a violation of state law. The fact they would do something so blatantly illegal is reason enough never to take a loan with them. A year ago I had a heart attack, and have had numerous other health problems. The fact they're trying to take 25% of my wages for a small loan is outrageous. I now have only one choice but to fille bankruptcy to stop the garnishment so I will be able to pay my rent, buy food, pay my utilities.

This office as an awesome staff. I would recommend this office to family and friends.

Still refuses to take of credit report when it's been paid in full for a long time
