If you ever run behind and try to make the partial payment they demand, their debit card machines wont process it. You have you go in person to pay. If you try to just make a whole payment only a few days later, they will still show up at your house and strong arm you for cash. I even told them to leave and they continued to argue on my doorstep. No amount of money is worth your rights being trampled upon. And corporate will always be in a meeting....

I have been a customer with Tower loan for 7 years and have not had any issues until now. I renewed a loan and was told that I would not have a payment due for another month. I told Justin that I had already mailed in my payment and he told me that they would not post it and that they would "shred the check". When I checked my checking account the next day they had posted the check. They did not do their job correctly and they will not stand behind what they said they would do. When I get my note paid off I will never go back to Tower Loan. If you are looking for a loan, don't go to Tower Loan. I give them no stars rating!!!

honestly if their was an option for 0 stars thats what i would rate!! SHITTIEST COMPANY EVER!!! AND THEY LOVE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY DO NOT GO HERE OR YPU WILL BE PAYING OFF A LOAN FOREVER I BORROWED 1100 DOLLERS 2 YEARS AGO AND IM STILL PAYING IT!!! HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO HERE!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

Haylee L was so professional ! I really am amazed to her phone etiquette, as she was on phone with someone. She paused spoke to me told me Sorry for inconvenience but she would be with me shortly. She handled The call so well I was impressed, Great job girl. You got this!!! She helped quickly and answered all my Questions!!! She needs to be seen!!
