I came in to the Douglass location in a crunch, I was super stressed out ! Jennifer, very professional, understanding, helpful, and just an all around amazing person assisted me! I was able to get the help I needed in the moment that I needed it ! I would definitely recommend her to anyone !!!! My friends and family too!!! I had an issue with my insight card being lost and needing a replacement issued. Eileen the cashier literally saved me by calling customer service and making sure that my new card would be attached to my existing acct. My direct deposit will go in my acct in 2 days. If she hadn't called and made sure I was taken care of it would've been 7-10 days before I could access any funds! I truly appreciate how she worked with me and made sure I didn't get screwed by insight! THANKS EILEEN!!! YOUR THE BEST!!!!

Well, she started the call by asking how she could earn my business and then when I had questions she hung up on me in the middle of the call. I’m sorry you can’t Cash my sons check but that’s definitely not how you earn my business and no, I wasn’t being rude or short I was genuinely just speaking Would not suggest going to this place if this is how they treat me on the phone I can’t imagine how they treat you in person
