Tower Loan, Prairie Township, MO

Well I would like to rate my experience but I'm very new to the company, I can give my opinion on the manager, she was very pleasant and took the time to listen and explain everything in detail what I need to know and she's very understanding and patient. I give her! The stars now if I'm asked to give a rating later after being with the company a while, I'd be very happy to. I'm sure my business with Tower Loan will be a smooth happy one. This place is horrible. I have never had a loan company come to my house because I was a week late.

Personally I’ve had an amazing run-ins with this tower loan. The manager Alli made sure I was completely taken care of. I would totally recommend to any family or friends!

This company and especially this location is absolutely disrespectful & unprofessional. If you ask very good questions such as monthly payments, interest rates, etc they cannot give you any information (as they say) without being provided any personal info. When you question them like a responsible adult, they get an attitude with you and get real snippy. They also refuse to shred any personal documents even though the consumer specifically asks. Do NOT do business with this company, rather RUN away as fast as you can!

They have always been super nice and respectful. I would not recommend taking out a loan with Tower because the interest rates very high, so if you do not intend to pay off the loan quickly I can see how the fees could add up quickly. Also, they send checks in the mail from time to time. Again, if you don't see the ability to pay off the loan, DON'T CASH THE CHECK! I have taken out around 5 loans with them over the last few years, but I have paid them off either within the month or before the first payment is due. They are super friendly, know me by name, and make the short term loan process quick and painless. If I'm low on cash and I am not sure if I'm going to be able to pay off the loan within a couple months, I wouldn't take out the loan. However, if you are waiting on a check or a large payment of some kind and you just need a couple thousand for a few weeks, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Recently I recieved a letter in the mail stating that I "Have been invited to borrow up to $19000 with no collateral required." Does it sound to good to be true? Because it is. The moment I spoke to the representative I was asked a series of questions of which they already had the answers to such as credit debt and income. Then in a condescending manner told me that my credit balance was too high for a loan. Then told me they have a special offer of consolidation. In essence what these companies do is try to get you to default on your credit card debt so they can negotiate for you and skim off the top. Run away! The picture below is what I recieved in the mail about 19000 no collateral as a hook....

These people are a predatory loan company. I too received a twelve hundred dollar check without asking for it. I cash a $1200 check and Now they say I owe eighteen hundred dollars and keep coming to my house and calling my work. These are predatory creeps praying on a susceptible society.

They sent me one $1206.00 check and I cashed it with ease. Everything was great. They sent me another and all of sudden nobody and I mean nobody wanted to cash this check. I went into the office and they wouldn't honor their own check. They trumped up a new loan with a ridiculous amount of interest and had me paying the money back double. Tried to tell me it was my credit, my credit is good. I walked out of there very angry. At least they could have honored the terms on the check they sent me. I will never use them or recommend anyone to them ever!
