Simone was great, however the other lady who helped me was very rude, she assumed I knew where to stop on the tablet from signing documents. She did not provide me with an electronic transfer as requested. I would not ever like to handle business with her going forward. I will always request Simone!!

They won't help you if you work for one of their competitors. It's against the Equal Credit Opportunity Act for discrimination, but according to the rep I talked to, it's "company policy".
