I have a same as cash account which I have had for a little over a year with them I have never been over a day or two late and they are calling everybody on my list regarding payment I go in to make a payment and the so call manager tells me a totally different amount than what I normally pay saying something about the same as cash like I said I have had this account for over a year and been paying the same amount since then or a little over his also started they don’t give computer printed receipts on the weekends he would have to give me a hand written receipt I was not happy with that he was very rude and unprofessional this was at the St.Charles location his last statement was when I asked for the information on his district or area manager maybe you should just do online payments

I really like the way the people treated me and reach out to me to make my meds were met and if they could do more for me. I love the professionalism that was and is being shown me.

Some a-hole gave them my number and Tower Loan keeps calling me looking for this person. Even though I have explained to them that I don't know who they are referring to, they continue to call. This company is a bottom feeder, in my opinion.

I mean, it's like any other small loan place. You're going to pay a high interest rate, but it's all spelled out for you. No hidden fees. Just high ones. If you had a bad experience, it was probably out of ignorance of what you were getting in to. Take the loan, make your payment on time and all is well.

Thank you Tower Loan for giving me a chance the loan has helped alot. Also everyone I spoke with was very polite and very professional I am happy with the service.

Company practices predatory and frankly stupid methods. Don't ignore any junk mail from them. They will send out a pre-approved real check. You need to VOID and destroy this check. Someone can easily steal your mail, or go through your trash and cash this check using your identity and you will 100% be on the hook for it. This should be illegal (if it's not already) and will be getting reported to the Missouri Department of Revenue.
