World Finance, Saint Peters, MO

11/4/2022, Storm, customer service rep., is filling in today from another office. I have never had such wonderful customer service and understanding from anyone out of this office! She is amazing and kind! She explains why it does take time to process applications and gives you an expected return call time! I wish I could deal with her moving forward in all my financial needs! It’s a-shame she’s not permanently at St. Peter’s location! She deserves 5 stars! Gave the office 3 stars bc they are ALWAYS changing staff. I have been through 5 managers in 5 years of business. You build a repore with one and then they leave!

World Finance St. Peter’s is the absolute best. Nichole was extremely friendly, fast, and helpful. They got me approved and paid in no time. I highly recommend this location!

Holly was amazing in helping me with my loan. In and out in 15 minutes and she walked me through every step. Couldn’t have been more happy with my experience today. Edit: Changed my review. They get you with their kindness in the beginning. But the minute you are late even just a few days. They are calling you AND your family members to try and get their money. Never will come back and will tell everyone just how arrogant they are. Finished my loan! TERRIBLE PEOPLE AND SERVICE. They should be ashamed for how they operate!

Hands down one of the best places to go if your needing a loan. I've dealt with Holly for a few years and she is incredible!! They are so friendly and helping. They don't try and force anything on you and they make the process stress free and easy! If I could give them 10 stars I would. These people at this location are an absolute delight to work with and I recommend anyone I know to this exact location!

Alicia and Holly are awesome! Whether it's getting a personal loan or filing your taxes, they will take great care of you! They are always friendly and are more than willing to explain the numbers and try to help you out the most that they can!
