ACE Cash Express, St Charles, MO

I walked into the store around February 2022... I was greeted by an amazing woman named Stacy. For over a year anytime I needed assistance I knew I could just walk in and Stacy would be there to help me. She has gone over and above. And one recent case my debit card was frozen by the it fraud department. When I called the fraud department they were unable to tell me exactly why the account was frozen until they verified my account with information I was providing. The information provided allegedly was not enough to verify my account and they were not able to help me asking for me to send in a birth certificate evidence of my current address and a driver's license.... I was utterly appalled that someone could take your money and freeze it without justification. I walked up to the Ace store by my house and spoke with Stacy and her and her manager went over and above to get a hold of the fraud department. Within several hours my account was unfrozen. One thing I will tell you about Stacy is as I sat in her store one day for several hours charging my phone I noticed every customer that walks through the door is treated exactly the same with kindness professionalism... Something you just don't find everyday. Even if I worked with a banking center I would still work with Stacy.. to Ace Cash Express I must say Stacy must be an absolute asset to your organization and deserves to be promoted to a level where she can teach her skills to other people. The skill set you don't find everywhere in today's society. Thank you for all your kindness Stacy assistance support and love.

Financial’s can be daunting in these times. Stacy is a breath of fresh air, an excellent representation of customer service and the reason I will return to Ace. She made me feel at ease, was patient and explained all the details surrounding my transaction. She truly went above and beyond without question. Compassionate and personal service is hard to come by these days. Keep up the good work!

Stacy was so amazing, she helped me figure out my rent problems with my money order and she took her time with it and was not in any rush no matter how much the phone was ringing every 5 seconds she was very patient and especially with the world being as short staffed as it is. Her customer service skills were marvelous I appreciate her hard work and caring compassionate you rock!!!

A lot of cash checking places are trash but today when I needed to make a quick run to cash my check Miss Stacey was great! Very personable, great personality & made sure I understood all my opportunities with her location :) I will be back just because of miss Stacey!

While I waiting to be served, I couldn’t help but notice how kind she was to others and am glad she was just as polite, patient and professional with me. Cindy at ace cash on 1st Capitol drive was very pleasant to work with. She was very professional and nice and thorough with explaining the fees and how everything worked. I want to say thank you to her on helping me. I had such a hard time getting this check cashed and she was able to do it. If anyone needs to get there check cashed go see Cyndi off first capital. She’s such a sweetie.
