Tower Loan, St Charles, MO

!!BE AWARE!! Do not accept loan form this company. This is the most inconsiderate company ever and I really wish I read reviews when I received a check in the mail from them. I received 2000 from them and is paying back over 5000. Im down to paying it off and they still won’t accept a payoff.. my balance is 700 and they won’t take 500?! This is sick and they need to be shut down.. and I really think there stealing my money and not applying it to the balance..RUN FAST

Jake the branch manager has a NASTY VERY NASTY ATTITUDE TOWARDS BLACK PEOPLE who have loans. He threatened me with a garnishment for tomorrow if he didn’t have money for my loan today. Kelp telling me to ask someone to loan it to me and i already told him i didn’t have anyone. But being privileged Iguess he knows nothing about that. He’s very NASTY! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! And i caught him in a lie over the phone! I will write a review everyday until my loan is paid off because this was just UNACCEPTABLE!!

I’ve had several loans with them and if you get behind on payments yes they are very pushy. I’ve explained to them several times when I’ve gotten behind and sometimes they are very understanding but other times in considerate. All in all I think they are pretty good as long as you keep up with the payments.

Good start, bad finish. I was approved for a 1150 dollar loan back in march 2018. Paid it off no missed payments. Got sent a loan offer via check for 900$, accepted and am halfway through payments, no missed payments. On a weekly basis I've had their office calling me with loan offers of over 1k. I thought this over and decided Tower loan has been good and I could use some debt consolidation. I called and said I would like to do a loan for 1k. They denied me saying I would need to put up my car for collateral. Sorry guys I'm not desperate I was only trying to do us both a favor. Worst is they hit me with a new hard inquiry even though I've done business with them twice before. NEVER AGAIN! You messed up guys

They're very unprofessional they don't do their job right the one in St Charles they call you for a loan amount and tell you what you're going to get over the phone and then when you get to the office they lie to you and give you a whole different story they just don't do nothing right they don't put your collateral in right they don't do anything they're very unprofessional with what they do I would not recommend nobody to go through Tower loan

I paid my loan off early. I put my truck up as collateral when applying for the loan. Once the loan was paid I waited for my title to return. It didn’t, so I called. I was told multiple times it’s in my boss desk we have to get the lien against it, off. 3, 4, 5, months how long does this take….almost 2yrs past finally was able to get the lien release document…. But we lost your title. This company did not do business well. They inconvenience me greatly. Choose another business to borrow from. Tower Loan doesn’t appreciate customers that successfully demonstrate ethical business.

Company practices predatory and frankly stupid methods. Don't ignore any junk mail from them. They will send out a pre-approved real check. You need to VOID and destroy this check. Someone can easily steal your mail, or go through your trash and cash this check using your identity and you will 100% be on the hook for it. This should be illegal (if it's not already) and will be getting reported to the Missouri Department of Revenue.

Got a loan through them for a furniture purchase. I will never do business with this company again. They harass you beyond collection guidelines. Their payment system is horrible. No make payment adjustments without physically going into a location. Company is ran very poorly and really needs to close.
