i just got off of the phone with one of the employees and she had SUCH an attitude. for one they kept calling me and when i am not able to answer, they call each and everyone of my references MULTIPLE times. i work full time and cannot always get to answering my phone. i called to see if i can remove my references because they are tired of being spam called and the lady who answered the phone said “well if you would actually pick up” EXCUSE ME??? where is the customer service at???

Sam is completely understanding of need and noticable to give resource of help. General aspect of service capablilty qualifys forward of consoling help within loan company.
