Richard and his front-of-house counterpart (her name eludes me at this time) offered exceptional service at every step along this process. Very polite, responsive, and even entertaining staff in a super respectful and LGBTQ-friendly space. Answered all of my questions truthfully and wanted to provide me with the best options available

Eddie , Alexandra, and Marti always go above and beyond to work with you to make sure you are comfortable. I never thought I would say this about a loan institution, but it is so true.
