This branch changed my life!!! I came in years ago needing a loan but had horrible credit. Theses ladies worked with me by not only giving me the loan but taking time and working with me, showing what steps I needed to take to improve my score. Now my score is around 760. I owe it to the girls at first Franklin!!! If your unsure about using them just go talk to them. They make you feel like they are there for you and not just trying to loan you money!! A++++
