OneMain Financial, Corinth, MS

Don’t. Just don’t. I have had a loan with these folks for a long time. When it changed from Springleaf to One Main it went down hill. They have had multiple branch managers over the last two years, and several seasoned employees that have left the business because of inept leadership. Taylor York is there now. Today I received a letter saying that One Main would not serve me because Taylor felt “threatened” when I confronted him about a lie he told me regarding my account. Apparently his fine Pentecostal church hasn’t taught him that lying is also a sin. Other customers and employees have told me how he likes to talk rudely on the phone, but then runs to the back and starts calling district managers, etc when confronted. When I finish my loan with these people, I will never be back and will spend the rest of my days telling everyone I can the same thing. There are plenty of loan companies that would love to serve you. There are even some One Main branches that are helpful. I hope they close this one in Corinth, and Snowflake York can go feel threatened somewhere else.

This is the worst place to ever get a loan , pay more on interest than you do on the actual loan. Trying to swap titles on a car and they keep putting me off. You'd think they would keep that in your file in their office. But no. I will not ever do business with this company again. And I wouldn't recommend them to no one to use.

The Corinth, MS office is the best! Very nice, helpful people!

I couldn’t login in and when I called no one answered for 45 minutes. And when I tried to reset my password I got no response in my email.
