1st Franklin Financial, D'Iberville, MS

I cannot praise the staff at First Franklin on Mallet in D'Iberville enough - and that's an understatement. From Paige who expedited everything for me over the phone earlier today, to Callie, who reached out to let me know I was all set. It ended up being Ansley who wrapped things up for me. Kudos across the board. Great rate on the loan, but the frosting on the cake was their high-touch, personalized/bespoke customer service skill and talent. I think they should consider opening a side business schooling all the other companies in their space on how it's done. Then they could school my phone, cable, and power and water companies. Ansley was terrific, real astute, think she picked up on how happy I was - so she asked me to consider reviewing and rating them. 5 STARS across the board. I'm going to try and consolidate a couple other loans and a few credit cards with them in a month or two. To be clear spoken: They Rock!!!!!

Everyone in there is all nice. They always friendly and always talking to like I've been knowing them for years. They make you feel comfortable like you're at home. Thank you ladies because my day have been ruff but you all made it better.❤

Don’t bank here if you’re looking for online banking. The entirety of my time here has been a fight to pay my bill online. Multiple emails to customer service, multiple failed password reset attempts. Horrible communication via in writing. Do not recommend.

These ladies at 1st Franklin Financial are too legit to quit. They have amazing member service, and I will do as much business as possible with them!
