I work for another loan company, and I called to verify the type of checks they cashed because we don’t cash checks and also to send them some customers!! Very rude and unprofessional phone etiquette, will not be sending anymore of our customers their way!!

Debbie is a great manager. She is a CAPTAIN that will make things HAPPEN for you. She and the staff go above and beyond expectations. I have requested many types of services there for several years without any problems and will continue in the future.

Went to this place yesterday. The woman who cashed our check called me an hour after we left accusing my black wife of stealing $100 from the establishment. Didn’t accuse me, a white female. She found the missing $100, apparently she miscounted. Called to speak to manager today and was told I would be called back but never received a call.

Okay so first off Boss Girl Debbie is THE ABSOLUTE BEST !! I had so much trouble getting in contact with someone from the bank in which my check came from , Debbie sat on the phone for an hour and finally was able to very my funds were available. I was completely irritable with the bank but Debbie kept her cool and GOT ME MY MONEY !!! Thanks DEBBIE

I have done business with Ms.Debbie and her staff for a while! No one wants to get in a situation where they have to take out loans for anything, especially emergencies. However, I went in on a hope and a prayer and they took care of me! The process was very simple. I would recommend them to anyone who may find themselves in a bind!!!!!

They took the car I had when I had spoke to someone about it the day before and was told it was ok had to wait 4 days to get it back cause it was towed to meth town mobile, there is a worker there named Jocelyn and she needs to stay out of clients personal life and worry about her own self and her own job.
