The store manager is the rudest person i’ve ever had the opportunity to deal with. She is so rude and disrespectful to the point i don’t know how you even have customers. I’m a repeated long long long term customer of years and years and she is horrible and doesn’t know how to treat customers period.However Tiffany the manager over at the store on hardy street is flat out amazing and deserves a raise and is under paid because she knows how to treat customers.I’m gonna pay this loan off next week and will never step foot back inside this store and you just lost a repeated customer of many many years. Without looking i know i’ve had at least 10 title loans and never had a issue so that’s why i went back this time and lord has it changed and the train running the tracks is pure trash and needs to learn how to treat customers unless however she is racist and that would explain the entire show that she puts on. Imma make sure this gets to the right people because i’m quite sure she has done this to multiple people and they have been scared to speak up, so this is for everyone who’s been treated wrong. Punishment is on the way guaranteed!!
