Tower Loan, Hattiesburg, MS

Very professional and nice. They always answer all my questions, as tedious as that can be, and always keep me informed; I'm very pleased with how forward they are about information concerning my account. The employees seem a bit overworked, but that seems to be normal in office environments such as that. I will definitely consider doing business with them in the future. EDIT: Some staff members are cold and callous, and they continue to call you and send you mail even when you ask them to stop (long after you have paid off your loan). If your payment is late, they will call you every single day until you pay it, even though they say they will mark your account to be paid on ___ day when you get paid. I have deducted 1 star for the continuous harassment, and 1 star because their online payment portal never seems to work, so you have to call in your payment and give your card number over the phone to a person (I worry about fraud) or go into the office you got the loan at (because they can't take payments on a loan you got at another Tower Loan apparently?).

They hit my credit score for 3 points checking it and I was still denied. I know someone who score was lower than mines and on government assistance and they were approved. I’m employed and had two other streams of income and still denied.

The branch on 49 has some sweet people but the manager Bryan is very unprofessional he likes to sling threats and try intimidation tactics i re-wrote my loan and am I payment late because me and my university had our first child which is in the nicu at forrest general he called and I told them we are in the nicu and was politely told he doesn't care today is the deadline

I called to make a payment on my husband's account and spoke with Zach. Super nice! I would recommend them for sure. Thanks Zack!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They will tell you one thing over the phone and complete opposite once you’re inside the store. The branch manager is rude and unprofessional. Will never do business with these people again.

Would give a 0 star if I could. Just had an extremely appalling conversation with Charlie the “manager.” When I asked for him to forward me the emails and texts they have been sending me he said “YOURE NOT GONNA TELL ME WHAT TO DO.” Honestly laughing inside, are you okay sir? Power tripping much? All I asked was a simple question for you to prove to me that you've been contacting me like you lied that you have. Im 100% sure your bosses at the top would never allow their low level employees to speak to customers like that. Dont worry, im contacting them too :)

Terrible, nasty company. Got behind and they drove to my house and threatened me, illegally placed an unmailed letter in the mailbox, and kept calling my job trying to get me fired. Does not follow legal collection activity. I understand they wanted their money but not that way. DON'T EVER GET A LOAN THERE!!!!

Great customer service I would definitely recommend this company
