Got a loan from them in November apparently the workers that was there wasn’t the appropriate kind of staff there because they are apparently fired! I was told by the fired employee that I could do a payday loan and pay it off overtime on the website instead of in one payment recently I received a call from one of the Reps and she told me that the worker told me false information and everyone that was working there are fired…I’m new to getting a payday loan and the Rep also said that they alll told ppl the false information and it will affect my credit bc I was suppose to pay the loan back on a certain date and that there is nothing she can do for me some help that was… Plus the day I got the loan the lady took multiple breaks while she had ppl there leaving the job.. very slow service, serviced someone else before me even tho I was there 1st
