Interst rates high im still not through will never go to them again

I called to make payments on my accounts and while speaking with a very nice professional Lady, someone named BEN ended up on the line, speaking very loud and very aggressive! I asked him to transfer me back to the lady so that I could bring my account current and he told me “NO, you can make it through me or make it through an attorney.” Mind you, I was the one that called them to bring my account current. I ended up having to record him telling me no, he doesn’t want my payment because he would not transfer me back to the lady to make the payment!!! So yea BEN, court sounds good to me since you just declined my payment.

Run don't do business with them go some where else them don't care about customers !!!!
