Ms. Deja Harris & Ms. Sabre Barnett are the true definitions of customer service! Ms Deja made the process easier than I ever could have imagined! When I thought I was out of all options, she pulled through for me when it seemed like nobody else could. She really was an answered prayer no doubt! I cannot praise her enough! These two ladies are definitely great assets to the company and Mississippi Title Loans, Inc should be very proud to have them as part of their team!

I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism exhibited by Jennifer. She was working in the office by herself the day I went in and she gave courteous and prompt attention to every customer! With the current state of the world, it was nice to have someone exhibit kindness! Wish I could give 10 stars!!!!! I work In customer service so I know when others are genuine!
