I was very pleased with our loan officer Kim she was very personable went over everything with our loan contract helped us decide what the best amount we could get that would be affordable for us to pay back she went over every part of the loan with us. She went over all the extra benefits that we could obtain well holding the loan. We were able to set it up so that it would automatically come out of our bank account on a date that was convenient for us which helps a lot when trying to set up a budget. I felt very encouraged that all the work that with all the work I have done to improve my credit score, as well as Chris' job security.

I recently applied for a personal loan online. I was instructed to call the Tupelo office for further questions. The young lady who answered the phone was in between asking me questions and having her own personal conversation with a co-worker. When I would answer her question she snapped I wasn't speaking with you. Ok... was willing to let that slide until her last snarky remark. I sent her all documentation she requested and her response was I'll send it up and see what, if anything, can be done. WOW. Thanks for making me feel like a bum. People have things happen in life that causes financial hardships, it doesn't mean we're all deadbeats. I was trying to consolidate things and have worked very hard on my credit to be dismissed like that. Don't do Business with this office!!!!

These people where I was were very helpful and easy to work with and did a great job. But this is just my opinion if they lowered their interest rates by 2 or 3 points they would have twice the customers, but all in all is was a very good place place and I would recommend them to anyone who needed a loan.

Everyone in the office was very friendly. Everything was completed over the phone with the exception of the signing of the documents. They listened to what we needed and worked with us to get everything set for us. I would recommend this branch to anyone. Their customer service was and is excellent.

Keep all of your paperwork in order to catch these crooks pretty much charging you whatever they like. High interest, ridiculous fees, seriously they charge $200 just for doing business with them. Not mention the incompetent employees that can’t listen to your concerns. I won’t be dealing with them anymore.

Choosing One main Financial was the best financial decision I’ve made in years. They were easy to work with and had me approved and ready to go in minutes. I was in their office for less than 30 minutes and walked out free from credit card debt.
