First Security Bank, Bozeman, MT

The Four Corners branch is without a doubt the most personable and genuine. It is amazing that I can go through the drive-through and people there will remember me and my kids. Kim is amazing, and always makes me feel valued and like she truly cares about me and my family. I recently went in to open a savings account for my son, and while I was sitting there I heard multiple tellers greet people as they were walking in by their first name. I go to the other branches in Bozeman from time to time when necessitated by my day and errands, but it’s given the choice I’ll always choose going to the four corners branch. You guys are amazing, thank you!

Banking with my Four Corners Branch is like coming home to family. Banking there for 19 years has allowed us to know each other so well , that trips to the bank and even the drive thru become fun times to catch up on the latest things going on. I always get a warm welcome and know they're happy to see me, as I am always happy to see them too. They know my entire family, including the grandchildren, which have started to bank there too. I am a lifetime banking customer with my four corners branch...I wouldn't trade it for another ! And did I mention the Banking is always great too. Love the services provided ❤

Banking with First Security was the best decision I could have made for banking, but their Four Corners branch has even brought this experience to another level. Kim in the drive through is always so helpful and remembers who I am and always engages with either my kiddos or pups! Brookelyn is always so happy and friendly to greet either my husband or I when we come in the doors and helps us solve any issues we may have! I highly recommend this branch as your forever bank!

First Security Bank in 4 Corners is simply the best. All of the employees there are incredibly nice and professionally competent. They know customer’s names and great customers with a huge hello every time you come into the bank. They’re actually interested in getting to know you and your family and treat you as one of their own. From business funding, auto loans, or other issues they’ve gone out of their way to help in any way possible. My grandmother passed away recently and the last thing she gave me was a $5,000 check. I wanted to cash it but also keep the actual check because that’s all I really had left from her. I know that’s weird but it meant something to me and Kathy figured out a way to make that happen. Everyone there has helped in so many ways beyond just banking. Seriously, they’ve become family. Other First Security branches do okay but don’t come close to the friendliness, helpfulness and competence that the 4 Corners branch has. Most of the time, I’ve had to rely on the 4 Corners branch to fix mistakes the other branches have made. Now, I drive by other First Security branches just to continue using 4 Corners branch. These guys and gals do it right!

I love this 4 Corners branch most of all because of the personable employees that work there. Some of the employees have worked there for several years and have gotten to know my family so well. Always greeted with friendly smiles and service, this branch is also close to my home, so it’s very convenient to stop at when needed. I’m especially fond of Kim - she’s the BEST!!

Been banking here for years. It used to be your friendly hometown bank...but since they merged with Glacier banks, the quality of banking has gone down hill. Three times, count them three, they have mistakenly deposited money into the wrong account. It's not a fun feeling when a large sum of CASH just isn't in your account when you have all the receipts of deposit. It's also a pain to deal with. Sometimes they can fix the same day, but I've had to wait upwards of a week before to get things fixed. I totally understand mistakes happen. We're human. But three times is unacceptable and makes me wary of leaving any larger amount of money in their hands. Something needs to be done to help me feel at ease banking here. Or my household will find another local option.

All branches of this bank are very disconnected. The communication between them is lacking and it has led to several mistakes. Unfortunate because they used to be the best in Bozeman.

Stopped by to get a title notarized. They asked if I was a member, and I said no. Their reply was that they couldn't do it for me. I went to stockman's, they didn't even ask. They just helped me. I actually am a member at both banks, but now very upset with first security's customer service. I had a bad experience and a great experience, which bank should I choose in the future??
