Horrible customer service. August 28 I purchased a vehicle and took out a loan and purchased full coverage insurance. A month later received a letter asking from proof of insurance. I emailed the information and called them for follow up. I was told on the phone that everything is all updated. I recently received another letter from them claiming sine they did not get a response from me they purchased insurance for me for $340 which is insane. I pay around $100 per/month. Total scam artists.
