My husband and I made a recent mortgage purchase through Jamie Rainey at CMG Financial. It would be hard to contact them, get answers, get advice, ect. Then, I called up Jamie, who I found on a quick Google search. She literally dropped everything she had going on that day to come into the office, later than normal, to start our loan process through her. She gave me her cell phone number. She answered calls, text messages, kept in contact through the holidays, pushed to get us the best deal. She went the extra distance! She made us feel like we mattered throughout the whole process, which made the experience of buying a home so much more amazing! Then after signing, she hugged me and provided a thoughtful gift to my husband and me. She has sent follow up emails to us after the sale has complete. JUST WOW! Literally THE BEST customer service!
