Would be 5 stars because these people are amazing and very friendly. But their online banking is easily the worst banking experience I've ever had. It wouldn't accept my password, so I sent for a new one. When I received the email my password had been correct the entire time. And, despite changing my password again, the online services have locked me out and requested I call the bank over the issue. Again great bank, amateur website.

The whole staff was so friendly, felt right at home. Was able to do Notary business, add additional person to an existing account, Change of address. Masks were not required but they did have some at the door for use. Great place to keep your money.

I've been using this credit union for almost 3 years. They have the best customer service around and some of the nicest clerks you'll ever deal with.
