Customer service skills are important to all people in pawn shop.Being sarcastic on DVD prices is puzzling.

I am to say, probably the best pawnshop in butte! They have anything from a wide selection of electronics. To Pellet Guns and real Guns. The staff is extremely helpful, patient and kind. Exactly what I like to see keep it up! -Chase Cleveland

I do a lot of business with northwest lawn in butte Montana but today was horrible and I will never do business again with them and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone . Here’s why I pawn my Yukon Denali with them. I go to pick it up today and noticed that during the time my truck was in there care it was damaged severely. An employee father park a trailer in between my truck and another car in pawn in the process my truck was hit and the front bumper almost ripped off with deep gashes were the trailer was dragged against it. I spoke to the assistant manager Ryan about it and his response was well it’s not our problem the slip says we are not liable. Ok well then why was a non pawnshop employee parking anything on premises in between two mortgaged property being the cars. It is your responsibility to take care of our property while it’s in your care. So apparently northwest can’t be trusted to properly care for your property so I wouldn’t pawn anything with them .

So I rarely shop at this store. However, because of my experience today I will be coming back. The service was quick and professional. The gentleman I worked with was incredible! They had exactly what I needed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
