I’ve been banking with them for years and I haven’t had any issues with them yet! I love the free checking account and the customer service is great! The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star is because I have never tried to get a loan from them!

I bank here so I don't think I should rate this business. But, I will. I like my bank. They've only made 1 mistake so far and they've always fixed what others had hacked. So overall they are a decent bank.

I love this bank and have been using it since 2012. However, I ordered a card 2 weeks ago and there's no sign of it. I called to inquire. Was told its probably on its way, "sorry about that" and then hung up on. Thanks for the help?

I had the absolute best experience opening a new business and personal checking account with Simon!! He was so quick and professional! He is amazing and should be given a raise, if you’re in butte you should be banking with Glacier!!
