Put a hold on a check for 7 days. Never happened before. Banked with them for 10 years and this is the response I get. Honestly you will find equal or better service with a major bank and not have to deal with small town BS

In my experience Opportunity Bank in Butte provides great customer service, and I feel like their employees make a consistent effort to address any concerns I have and get to know me as a person.
