If we could give 100 stars, we would! We have gotten multiple mortgages over the years, and never have we had such a smooth, fast, or simple experience as we had with Matt and Adelina. These two are on top of things! They worked around the clock for us, answering our calls on the weekend, emailing late at night, Matt even called us multiple times while he was on vacation in Mexico just to give us updates on our loan application. We shopped the mortgage to our bank; Chase, as well as FVM and we were shocked... Not only do you get the wonderful personalized service of dealing with a small business, but FVM got us a larger loan amount at a better rate! As if that wasn't enough, they got the whole deal closed in 9 days as opposed to Chase who quoted us 4-6 weeks. Thank you Matt and Adelina! We will be forever customers!
