Meagan was so helpful in the loan department. We were able to do everything online and via phone chats. She has gone above and beyond, explaining everything in detail and if we had questions she was very helpful. Thought we bothered her too much but no, she got her paperwork done despite that. And yes Park Side FCU does like to say yes. You’re all so helpful and polite people. Thank you all so much for your help in solving our financial needs.

Waited 20 minutes for a teller to help me after it said they're open to help. No one else around but me waited 20 freaking minutes it's B.S. I would not recommend this banking systems style. And today as of 1/25/23 I get this B.S. msg saying I have an overdraft that I new to fix so I use there double check system to check it out that charges $14.00 to do for money I had in my account. Basically it's double dipping charging me to use the money I transferred over to a bill due that same day before 530 they still charged me 14 and said I had to pay it or get an overdraft fee. I'm really unhappy with this bank right now and the new system

Silly the bank is only open Monday -friday but don't have enough to work . With kids who has that kinda time to just be waiting we don't. This really needs to be fixes. Covid is over get it together

Sarah and Rolanda are the true meaning of going above and beyond and whatever it takes. Not only did they do their duties as the bank teller on this one particular day, they were my google search engine, the private investigator, the psychologist, the interpreter, the mediator and the problem solver.
