1st Liberty Federal Credit Union, Great Falls, MT

I've had this bank for yrs now and NO problems. Customer service is awesome. My Dad has an account with ( RIP).

Starting to get tired of the excuses. 1st the lobby was closed to COVID, we understood that. When I asked the teller after waiting in long lines when they would open up the lobby, I was told that they can't because they haven't hired people yet. She went on to tell me that I could go to the other locations for the lobby. Perhaps I would, but if I did it would be to close out my account and move to different credit union a lot closer. Used to be such a nice little branch.

We have done business with this bank for many years. They help us with several banking items. Checking, Savings, auto loans and home loans. The customer service we ALWAYS receive is wonderful.

Usually very quick in and out and the morning drive up people are exceptionally experienced at their job

There still acting like it 2020 still no lobby opened the one by base and the river are great this one the people suck and they keep using that lame covid excuse

Not a good bank. FYI Staff is unfriendly. Not sure what they care about, but certainly not there members
